Rulantica is a large-scale indoor and outdoor water world located in Rust, Germany, adjacent to the famous Europa-Park. Opened in 2019, it is themed around a mythical Nordic island and offers year-round aquatic fun for all ages. The park is designed to immerse guests in a fantasy world filled with Scandinavian-inspired architecture, storytelling, and characters—most notably Snorri, the park’s cheerful blue octopus mascot. Rulantica is part of the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort and is operated by the Mack family, who also own Europa-Park.

Location
Rulantica is situated in the town of Rust in Baden-Württemberg, southwestern Germany. It lies approximately 30 kilometers north of Freiburg and is easily accessible via the A5 motorway (exit 57b Rust). The water park is directly connected to the themed hotel Krønasår via a pedestrian bridge, making it convenient for overnight guests. The surrounding region is part of the scenic Black Forest area and lies near the borders of France and Switzerland, making it a popular destination for international visitors.

This wristband is linked to the guest’s ticket and can be topped up with a credit or debit card. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and EC cards. Guests can also use EMOTIONS gift cards, which are valid throughout the Europa-Park Resort. Payments are settled at the end of the visit before exiting the park.
